These Terms & Conditions apply to the Investment Calculator app (the “Application”) developed by Phan Nhat Dang (“Service Provider”) as a freemium service. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the Application, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that could damage the Application or its functionality.
The Application provides financial calculations for educational and informational purposes only. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
The results generated by the Application are estimates based on the parameters you enter. They should not be considered guarantees of future performance or investment outcomes.
You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
The Application performs calculations directly on your device. Any investment data you enter (such as investment amount, interest rate, or investment period) remains on your device unless otherwise stated.
The Application may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions. Pricing and billing terms will be clearly displayed before you confirm a purchase.
Subscriptions (if available) are managed by Apple through your App Store account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device settings.
The Application may use trusted third-party services to support purchases or functionality. These services operate under their own terms.
Some features (such as purchase verification or restoring purchases) may require an internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for any data charges incurred by your mobile network provider.
The Application and all related content, including design, text, graphics, logos, and code, are owned by the Service Provider and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Application except where permitted by law.
The Service Provider may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time. The Application may not be compatible with all device models or operating system versions.
You agree to install updates when available in order to continue using the Application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Application.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ có thể cập nhật, thay đổi hoặc ngừng cung cấp Ứng dụng bất kỳ lúc nào. Ứng dụng có thể không tương thích với tất cả thiết bị hoặc phiên bản hệ điều hành.
Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ không chịu trách nhiệm đối với bất kỳ thiệt hại gián tiếp hoặc hệ quả nào phát sinh từ việc sử dụng Ứng dụng.
Các Điều khoản này có thể được cập nhật theo thời gian. Mọi thay đổi sẽ được đăng trên trang này kèm ngày hiệu lực mới.
